Hybrid power engine sectioned running training equipment

Used toyota prius engine and battery real parts to make it can demonstrate how the engine work in different states.

The prius sectioned platform, before power supply we need to check if the chain is blocked, the platform is with LED lights, we need to check if the LED light line has moved. Make sure the line is not drawn into running parts. After checking everything safe, we can connect the power supply.

The sectioned platform has dual electrical safety methods, The mount of the sectioned part has electricity leakage safety switch, on the platform there is a emergency stopping switch, please confirm they are all closed.

Connect the power and turn on ignition key and start up, When the program power on safe test in control panel start working, the generator driving sectioned parts will turn twice immediately, after safe test, the control panel will automatically demonstrate six working state such as starting state, low speed operation, regular operation, full speed/maximum load, deceleration /braking, parking state. At the same time it control the deceleration generator which drives the sectioned parts running.
